Orders & Shipping
Orders information
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Orders placed before 12 AM – MST (UTC-07) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Delivery time Netherlands & Europe
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 – 3 days.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the dualitefragrances.com website and its contents including text, comments, illustrations and graphics, are protected worldwide and are reserved.
Any other use of the dualitefragrances.com website or its content without dualitefragrances.com’s prior consent will be viewed as an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action under intellectual property legislation and regulations.
Personal Data
The Buyer is informed that all personal data and information collected when he or she places orders is handled by dualitefragrances.com solely for the purposes of processing said orders. It may not under any circumstances be used for any other purpose.
The personal data stored by dualitefragrances.com to meet order processing and tracking needs is kept secure by dualitefragrances.com.
The Buyer may refer any concerns about the processing of his/her personal data directly to dualitefragrances.com.
Governing Law / Disputes
These general terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any dispute(s) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Dutch Court of Appeal.
Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
Dualité Fragrances will happily accept returns due to change of mind if a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Dualité Fragrances) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
To request a return please contact us through our contact form on our website, our team will than guide you through the process of returning your goods.
How Do I Return An Order?
1. Please Email info@dualitefragrances.com and include your order number, reason for return, your name and phone number to contact you, if necessary.
2. You will receive a confirmation email for the return.
3. Package your return in the Dualité Fragrances parcel to prevent damage in transit.
4. Done!
We have a 14-day, no-questions-asked, return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your perfumes in the same condition you received them – unworn and unharmed.
